Parts of what we've planned will only be revealed on site,
here is what we can tell you:
Arrival:
Check-in at the Quinta is
between 3 and 4 pm.
(For programming reasons we would really appreciate your arrival in this window - please reach out if that's an issue for you).
Meals:
There will be two meals per day, brunch around 10/11 and dinner around 7 pm. Peckish peacocks please prepare.
Clothing & Accessories:
Wear whatever you feel good in for most of the event. There will be a theme on day two - you'll receive more information on that in time. Please also bring some funky festival clothes and swim gear.
Don't worry if you don't have anything funky, we will have a community clothing rack.
You really do not need to bring your tux or fancy dress - but you can, if that's what you're feeling. Express yourself!
Flow:
The celebration will have three parts:
Day 1 - A casual day to open the circle, arrive and orient yourself
Day 2 - A story develops - you will receive more information on this. There will be a ceremony, and this will be the longest night.
Day 3 - A free-flow day until dinner, and an evening cabaret.
The "open stage" cabaret on Wednesday evening is where any of you can perform/do/show whatever you feel called to. You can make music, read poetry, perform a sketch, dance, give a speech, or whatever you're feeling. Your performance does not have to be related to us! We highly appreciate and encourage your submissions to Bhavna.
End of Event
The official end of the event is midnight on Wednesday as we have to leave the property at 9 am on Thursday. Thursday morning will be Julia's Birthday Brunch - we will make a reservation - let us know in the RSVP form if you'd like to join for brunch.
